Work has included designing, delivering (or managing the delivery of) many learning programmes, and scoping designing and leading many projects including, for example, the design and implementation of effective technical communication channels for a major bank, the implementation of an efficient billing system including the design of an effective bill for a utility company, the communication project for the setting up of a new assurance company and the implementation and evaluation of systems for a global agrochemicals company to ensure timely production of clearly written, branded multi-authored scientific and technical documents, including US and UK patent applications.
